The Smoke Pit

The Smoke Pit, by the Numbers

Three events, more than 1,000 attendees, 25+ small business vendors, 13 partners, and nearly $5,000 given back.

A packed brewery taproom of veterans, families, and supporters listening to a Smoke Pit panel.

The Smoke Pit started as a storytelling night and grew into a community festival built around connection, small business, family, and service.

Across three Veteran Command events so far:

  • More than 1,000 veterans and members of the broader service community
  • More than 25 veteran and law-enforcement-focused small business vendors
  • 13 community partners
  • Nearly $5,000 in charitable support

That support has benefited organizations including the Special Forces Foundation, Vigilant Torch, and the OSS Society.

We just built a bigger one.
