Operational Support Services delivered its flagship Advanced Interview & Interrogation course at the National Academy for Advanced Training & Leadership in Huntsville, Alabama.
Agents received three days of classroom instruction, applied exercises, and scenario-based training, following an earlier delivery in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Across multiple iterations, OSS has now trained nearly 100 special agents.
It is to create better thinkers under pressure.
Each iteration informs the next. The program is refined with every class through student feedback, instructor observation, and operational lessons learned.
